Took the pack for a short hike in the rain and mud, and came home with a bunch of ticks! I have found at least 4 of them, none of them "attached" yet, and one on myself. *shudder*

Time for Frontline Plus already!

In New England it's tick season all year round! Aren't we lucky........I woke up with a tick crawling across my face this morning!

Oh ick--what a rude awakening!

Those darn deer ticks are out here too. The snow as pack melted and the nymphs are congregating on the brush. (Although we might get snow tonight)

I got bit last spring, had a bad swelling and had to go get on doxycycline for three months. Not fun.
