Can someone refer me to any breeder in the Minneapolis area that has experience doing fresh chilled AI, preferably on smaller dogs, but a Lab breeder would be fine as well... Someone has come back to me with a total cost to breed (not including stud fee) with fresh chilled at over $1500, and I just about passed out. I just want to find someone in the area she can talk to.
