Optigen Clinic At Labrador Owners Club Specialty Show
Hi – just sending out a reminder about our OptiGen Clinic and please take note of the new paragraph that states “This code is only active from May 20th to June 2nd”. A few people have contacted me to notify me that the code is not working, but that’s because it’s not active until May 20th. We apologize for our oversight.
We are holding a 20/20 Optigen Clinic at our Specialty Show. For information about Optigen testing please go to www.optigen.com
Here is how our clinic will work:
• By sending in the samples as a group - we will receive a 20% discount from OptiGen. We have arranged for a Vet Tech to be on hand on Saturday June 2nd, 2007 from 12:00 to 1:30 at the Secretaries Tent to draw the blood.
• This will cost $20.00 and will cover the supplies to draw the blood and SHIPPING the blood to the United States by Fedex. We will take care of shipping the blood for you.
• Optigen has a form that needs to be filled out and sent with the blood. You can fill this form in on-line for an additional 5% discount. This must be done prior to the show. If you fill in the form on-line, you will need the Satellite code number which is LOC070602
• This code is only active from May 20th to June 2nd.
• You will then print it and bring it with you. If you don’t fill the form in on-line, we will have printed forms available at the show but unfortunately you will not get the extra 5% discount.
Please Note: You can NOT send your blood sample directly to OptiGen as this is not a Satellite clinic – you must ship your sample with our samples as a group endeavor. You CAN deliver your samples to us at the show and we will send it in for you with our samples.
Here’s what you should do before the clinic:
- fill in all the paperwork on-line
- fill in the satellite code for the 20% discount
- fill in your credit card number for an additional 5%
- then you can print off forms which will give you your "registration" number which you can put on the vial of blood
If you are unable to fill in the forms on line, we will have forms available at the show. You will get the 20% discount but not the 5% discount for filling the information and payment on line.
