Does anyone know if it's a LAW in colorado for dogs not to be able to ride in the back of pickups. Whether tethered or not.And if so. Where can I read the law article. I read that if the dog jumps out or falls out the person can be ticketed for cruelty. Wanting to know if it's actually a law. TIA
