did anyone happen top sell a dog named Evan to a guy Carl Welte?

This guy emailed me, said he was looking for a pet, an older pup/adult the other day.
I told him sorry, none available and a few days later got this response from him:

"In the future yes... I am not sure if this is the same Kennel that had
"Evan" on its web site... but I did end up getting him...Beautiful
dog...So, much that i hope I can get one of my buddies to get a equal
match as a female....Would love to breed him, and perhaps have a
kennel like yours insure pupps go to great home...The dispostion of
the dog I just picked up is wonderful....Makes me wonder why i did not
have a lab years ago, especially since i live on lake and have always
been around water."

My red flag just raised about 500 feet. I sure hope no one sold this guy this "Evan" as a pet!!

Maybe you have a chance to educate this guy. If you would like to know more about starting a responsible breeding program....
