I have been asked to send semen on one of my stud dog using Minitube. Got the kit and nothing makes sence. The list they sent of what is in the box, was not in the box, but different things were. When I called, a very nice lady said, what I got was correct, the list was wrong. She also told me how to process the semen and set up the shipper. There were no directions in the kit. OK, I think I am ready to do this. Then yesterday another lady calls from Minitube and she tell me a whole different way to set up the shipper. HELP. If you have used their chilled semen kit and had puppies :-) please tell me how you set up the shipper. Thank you
