Can anyone recommend a good anti itch shampoo. Our dog is having the itchies from our grass. He loves to roll and stretch out and slide across it and he is itching like mad.I'm giving him benedryl but I'm thinking a good bath might help. Sort of like when kids have chicken pox. He does not have fleas. Thanks for your help.

Vet Solutions Oatmeal and Aloe is what the Derm vet uses in my area.

The Australian tea Tree Oil ones work well for my dogs. The itching and dandruff goes away.

There's a good shampoo called Histacalm...it has colloidial oatmeal and Diphanhydramine (Benadryl) right in the shampoo. There is also has a companion product called Resihist leave on conditioner...the conditioner has Benadryl in it as well. These products can be purchased from your Vet.
