Can anyone tell me the easiest way to find additonal shows I might want to enter that would have breeder judges but might not be listed with the specialities? As an example, I remember last year Kendall was judging but I never heard about it until a week before. I'm sure I can get it from info dog but it seems like I'd just have to stumble on it.

The best way is to go to Infodog, and look up all the shows that are in your area of travel. You can even search by state. Then, see who is judging.

You can also do a judge search to see where and when your faves are judging.

The AKC gazette Events Calander is also a good source of information for all shows, listed by date, then by location. Judges are listed by breeds.
