Anyone ever have a pup with toenails that are either white or just lacking pigment?

Yes, and it will most likely grow out. Is it just weeks old ? Chocolates do this alot. Don't think you see it on the yellows so much. They usually grow out before they are 6 weeks old. Don't worry.

I had it in one litter of blacks, they grew out of it by the time they were 8 weeks they all turned black.
