When does a Labrador male reach his full height? I have a male who is 20 months old and stands at 20 inches tall.

Are you sure you measured him correctly? If you did, he could still grow, but I doubt he'll make standard... He'd have to grow another 2" just to get to the bottom of the standard. Best of luck...
