For those of you who have been to Crufts from the US, which is the better airport all around, Heathrow or Birmingham? Which is preferable for the ease and price? I know you can travel by train from London easily, but Birmingham is right there. Sometimes the airlines charge more for smaller airports. Thx!

You would have to fly into Heathrow and then take another flight up to Birmingham.
The train has got expensive but the train does go directly into the building where Crufts is held. Very easy but its much cheaper to take the coach from Victoria.
