I saw a post a few days ago about a simple human food that will help stop diarrhea. I searched the posts and can’t find it.
The recommendation was 1 teaspoon if I recall.
Anyone know or remember what this is?

Keep on hand a can of plain pumpkin. Not with anything in it for pies, but plain. Worth its weight. At first, I give a big tablespoon. Less for the next few days. Maybe do a search on pumpkin.

FYI - I gave pumpkin to my nursing bitch for cow flop stools and within 24 hours it constipated the pups.

Took her off pumpkin and next day pups were fine.

I would go real slow with feeding it to pups to be sure.

Don't know if it is puppy or an adult, she did not say that. But my pups did fine on it for days and they were 3 or 4 weeks. Young. Might have just still been the cow mess with yours. Passing through. It usually works great at any age.
