Getting ready to build a kennel. Any good URL's out there in regards to companies that sell kennels/runs? Plan on putting in 8+ indoor/outdoor.

Also, trying to determine the best type of material to use in the outdoor kennel runs. I live in the very hot and arid southwest. Concrete will be used in the inner kennels, but not sure if I want to use concrete on the outside runs. Any suggestions?

I live in the Southwest and have cement runs in and out. No problems and they are much easier to clean.

Love my Priefert kennels!!

We have Mason runs and they have great features to them making the work & security a lot easier. The company works very hard to please and we are very satisfied with what we have.
However it is my understanding that Priefert are also very sturdy with nice features and they come in diff colors for more of a designer look so it probably all boils down to application and taste. One of my friends has Priefert and absolutely loves them.
Would suggest doing some hands on research if possible to try out latches, feeding bowls, doors, etc. to see which features you like the best.
Another alternative for outside runs are pavers or cinder blocks because they are not so hot in the summer and have better runoff/drainage in the rain and snow.
A lot of breeders also use horse mats to keep the dogs off of the cement.
Personally we also like the Kennel Decks but that can get pricey if you are doing a lot.
