Can someone explain the sweeps show to me? There are no points awarded, correct?

It's for fun and you win money for the first 4 placings

Also, since sweeps involve younger dogs, it gives you a chance to get your youngster in the ring more than once (generally) during a day at the show...more chances to have fun with them and show them what a good time they will have at dog shows!
