Over the years, I have done "Puppy Personality Profiles" on some of my litters. I spend quite a bit of time with the puppies (so I have a good idea now of what each might do on the test), but would like to do the testing on the current litter because I want to see how they compare to each other and also to their dams' litter. Of the breeders who do testing - are you using the old Volhard test - or is there a new one out there?

Now, I kind of do my own test, which is basically very simular, but a little less formal. I don't really score, so much as I just use by best judgment to determine which pups are best suited to specific homes.
