Just more socialisation so she is not nervous in those situations that cause her to pee.
The peeing is just a symptom of how she is feeling, you have to fix the feelings and encourage her to be more confident.
You could try more socialization. Build her confidence with "a job" - whether it's obedience or some field work. No baby talk and have her approach people, with them responding with a simple hello and a pat on the head, instead of them approaching her and standing over her
Tell people to completely ignore her. That way, new people will not worry her and she will not pee. Same thing with other situations in which she pees. If you continue doing what is causing her to pee, she will pee and it will reinforce the behavior.
I have a submissive pee-er. I agree with what was said prevously. Lots of socalization. Obendience training. Having people ignore her when they first come in. Also if you train her to pee on comand, you can make sure she empties her bladder before putting her in an uncomfortable situation. Also don't let her get down and roll belly up (when on a leash) It can become a bad habit. My girl is just 2years old, now she only does it when she mets some intact males and tall people who lean over her when they try to pet her.
