Hi! Last year someone had posted a simple conversion (divide by ????) to convert nmols to ngrams. My computer crashed and I lost the conversion rate. In our small community in Canada we receive the progesterone level in nmols but everyone (including myself) relies on the ngram scale. TIA

I believe the conversion is 7 nanomoles=2 nanograms
