What do you use as pre-natal vitamins? There are so many options, I dont know where to start!

B-Complex
Fish Body Oil
Folic Acid

I don't use anything other than Vit. C during pregnancy.

Years ago we never used supplements and our girls whelped healthy litters so I don't really feel the need now if the dog is on a good quality food.
