I'm looking for material written more on the technical side of inheritance in dogs. Can anyone recommend something? Specifically I am looking for sort of a how to piece on how to improve a weakness in my lines, like for example in my kennel I'd like to improve fronts. I had a gorgeous foundation bitch, bred her to a very handsome boy, they both have gorgeous fronts but somehow lost my fronts in the process. On the up side I did improve my girls weaknesses. My pup, now 4 yrs, is too nice to over look though, everything else is lovely plus she has the flashy quality. So now that I am looking to breed her I want to put a tremendous amount of research into getting what I want for my next generation.
