Has anyone read "Feeling Outnumbered"? What are your thoughts on this book?

I have a lab pack of 8, we rotate btwn kennel and house since I don't have enough room for everyone inside at once. They are all fantastic dogs, but as a group in the kennel we are having an issue with jumping. One on one, or in smaller groups they don't do this. But put 5 or more together and it seems they all crave your attention desperately. I'm looking for a good resource on training as a pack/group. thanks!
