There are ways to save $$ on fuel.

If you are cautious, you can really make a difference in the total cost of operation of your vehicle.

1) Make sure you have the proper (maybe 4psi more) tire pressure. Better tires preferred.

2) Keep an eye on your suspension parts - extra roll and sway eats more fuel.

3) Remove all the extra weight you tote in your car - ex-pens which will not be used. Etc..

4) If your car/truck has more than 50k miles - you might want to install new ignition wires. Losses from there can make a huge difference. Tune ups and keeping the fuel system extra clean.

5) Use a synthetic blend oil. The reduced friction saves $ too.

6) Drive slower. The wind resistance increases as the square of the speed. GO SLOW - it does not make sense to speed.

7) keep your car clean and waxed - 7% improvement on highway speeds

8) AIR FILTER - K&F makes the best - change every 10k miles

9) be a smart driver - no harsh starts and stops. Plan for the road ahead.

it all works.
