Another ludicrous case developing here in northern Michigan. Please go to http://www.thorswarriors.com/ and read about what is transpiring two Staffordshire terriers, Shelby and Riley. (It will take no more than five or six minutes to read through.) Then, send an e-mail to news@9and10news.com and politely ask them to investigate.
Nutshell: two dogs have been deemed as 'dangerous' by a judge and ordered to be put down.
*The dogs have not bitten anyone.
*The dogs have been assessed by a certified dog trainer and found to be non-aggressive.
*Animal control took the report of an incident that occurred in July of 2008, yet did not file the complaint for four months.
After reading, if you agree that an injustice is being done, PLEASE send a short note to news@9and10news.com and ask them to look into this matter. A little exposure will save these two dogs' lives.
