The crate arrived one week and one day after I ordered it, which was perfectly acceptable to me. It took customer service 6 full days to respond to my email inquiry as to the status of my purchase. The crate had already arrived two days prior. I ordered a Precision Great Crate and it is living up to its name.

Overall I would order from them again, great price and product, adequate shipping, nonexistent customer service.
