Is this a new pedigree data-base or has it been around awhile?

I found a dog I Googled with ease on this data-base. All the information was correct. I never knew it existed.

Where did this data-base get the information listed? I like the look of it, it's really easy to read. It's nice to have another data-base. I use OFA's vertical pedigree allot for accurate pedigree information.
