SB241 The anti-breeder bill. Rumor has it April 9 at 3:30 p.m. We will
keep you posted as the time nears. This is serious business, folks! $500
annual permit fee; 2 breedings in a lifetime per dog or cat; it subjects us
to inspections; it allows the Department of Agriculture to determine if we
are of good moral character; etc. Please read the bill for yourself at:
