It's been 5years since I last shipped a dog internationally. Am I forced into a situation where I have to use a shipping service? The last time I shipped a dog, I did all the requirements, got the USDA health cert, and made my reservations. Can I not ship a dog now out of the US without being forced into paying 3x more for someone to do a whole lot of nothing. The requirements are on each governments website. It's not rocket science.
