Hi,
I'm just wondering how entries for Westminster work? Do they just take entries in order until the limit is reached, or do they actually take a lottery, collect all entries til closing and pick - by breed? I think I remember that in the past the entries would close almost as fast as it opened. Anyone know if the limit was already reached?
