As I finish up my dishes, and tidy up after a very long day, dogs out for their last outing for the night, we wanted to take this moment to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas.
We had a house full of family and friends today/tonight, and cherish every moment with them as we were one family member short this year. We had a hearty meal, good fun, some laughs and some tears- just some overall joy though, as two family members are still with us today after beating cancer.
Today, is the absolute favourite of mine throughout the year, as everyone can put aside their differences for just one day/night and have some time together since life is just so darned short.
