Neither the Ramapo or Passic Rivers are in the Monroe, NY area. It is mountainous in Monroe and beautiful especially in the fall. Those outlet centers are fantastic!
I did not say these rivers where in Monroe NY. I was adding information directly underneath a post regarding a house for sale in the Mahwah area. I wanted to alert them to the problems of flooding in that area of New Jersey.
