This is the 2nd time I have used Ingen. The first time, I sent in for one dog, both EIC and PRA. It came back within a month or less.

The 2nd time was 3 weeks ago for both EIC and PRA on another dog. I checked my portal and clicked onto Certificates which is in pdf format. The 2nd paper was suppose to be the results of my 2nd dog but it doesn't make any sense to me. They show these symbols..4 or 5 of them but I'm not sure what they mean. They did change labratories they farm their swabs out to. Maybe this has something to do with it. I emailed that Sherrill but haven't heard back from her. After this, I am going to use the University for EIC and Optigen.
