Pioneer Valley NOT accepting any more entries!

I got this today from MBF (I was one of the people who got the blank screen):

Dear Exhibitor:

By now you should have read our message to you of April 27, 2011, advising you that, due to a computer hardware error, the entries you made between the hours of 5:00PM EDT Tuesday April 26th, 2011 through 9:00AM Wednesday morning April 27th, 2011 would have encountered an unexpected blank screen at the normal end of the transaction and the process would not complete. We knew everyone whom this affected and that's why you received that initial message.

At that time, we further advised that your credit card was authorized, but no charges were processed due to the incomplete transaction. We also advised that if you had not already re-tried to enter and completed the process successfully, you were not in the show. If you received the blank online screen and DID NOT take any further action your entries were not in, but we would hold room specifically for you until noon EDT Friday, April 29th for all MB-F shows that closed on Wednesday, April 27th. You could go to the Infodog.com website at http://www.infodog.com/entry/ and make those entries until the extended closing time. We encouraged everyone affected to do so ASAP in that message.

The majority of people responded within a short amount of time. However, there were some who for various reasons did not receive the message, did not read the message, or did not read the complete message and tried to enter beyond that deadline. In the spirit of attempting to `do right' by both the exhibitors and the clubs involved, we made the determination that if you were one of the exhibitors caught in this error, we would accept your entries into the shows beyond that time.

This morning, the American Kennel Club contacted us and told us that we are NOT to accept any of the affected entries beyond what we had already taken. If you have not resolved your transaction prior to 10:15 this morning we will not be able to accommodate you at the show and you are NOT entered, nor will you be entered if you come to the show without having resolved this in a prior conversation or transaction before today.

Again, we are sorry this occurred. We made our best judgment on how to resolve the error in the best interests of the exhibitors and the clubs, however, AKC has made this decision and we are required to do as they say.
