First I want to say how sorry I am that your state is suffering the aftereffects of the storm. I hope your power is back on asap. We went without power for a week back in the Great Labor Day storm that hit us in CNY over 10 years ago. It really is awful when one is on a well and no pump for water!!! Being that parts of N.J. are under so much water and lack of electricity, has the show been canceled? My husband just drove our youngest daughter back to Jersey City due to her bus being canceled and the first chance at getting back was this Thursday! Many are without power elsewhere and have no way of finding out whether or not they should travel this week to the show. Again, so sorry for your state.
The host club says the show must go on.

Just allow extra travel time.
I would also add that road closures, to some extent, are updated on www.nj.com as things update. In spite of flooding across some major highways, my guys got to NYC and Princeton area today. It's all in how you go.
For those with motor homes, what better place to camp?
Best of luck to all exhibitors.
Mind you, El, I am not official or even in Jersey Skylands. There may be an advantage to having a show in the Highlands/Skylands section of the state, nonetheless.
Here is the other traffic site that we have been checking, and it refreshes every few seconds.

or more specifically for this

Sometimes that site hangs up as they refresh it, but then it is accessible again soon.
With any luck, after today, the roads will get even better. Time to spend money on infrastructure!
I live 10-15 minutes from the show site, while we are without power, much of the area does have power and the roads to the fairgrounds are accessible. I would think things will continue to improve as the week progresses.
Travel safe!
Donna
According to Infodog (checked 10 minutes ago), these shows are NOT cancelled and the show grounds are fine. They do advise to allow for extra travel time, however.
