What do you mix tylan with, and how much to give a 4 month old pup? Thank you

I sprinkle it on food and add just a bit of water. Just a little (like a pinch of salt).

My vet told me 1/4 tsp for a 90 lb dog so I would think a puppy would be about half that. I mix it with baby food and they eat it right up.
