It has become popular in our rural area for hunting dogs to be freeze branded, no need for collar, can be seen from a distance.
( we do not have a leash law and still have hunting season where dogs are run across country.)

I do freeze brand our cattle but would never consider my labs.

Does anyone else know of Labrador or other breeds that are being freeze branded?
