I wish MossBow would have sent emails, or posted on their home page....I got a phone call from someone associated with the show. I heard from a handler that the grass ( grass is the operant word here....not snow) was slippery. Ooooooooo a blizzard!!!!!!
Yep. Learned about it as we DROVE in there!!! Lol Nary a soul in the rings. I even got as far as the LRCP ring up a horridly muddy drive!! God bless my new Honda Pilot AWD!!! Wound up at the HI Express in Frederick, MD for the day. The highways home are notoriously treacherous in this weather. BTW, my cone is at the host HI!!! Lol
Actually there were concerns that the weight of the snow and ice on the tent tops created a hazard. And yes, I saw the ice and snow on top of the tents and there was a fair amount. Mud, snow and ice I can deal with but not being able to stand under the tent for shelter that would have been a problem.
