My pick female in a litter years ago had this. She also had rather large bolos at the time. I panicked, as it really seemed odd, but within a few days, those pure pink pads turned black. She has since had her own 2 litters over time, never produced it and the yellows she's produced ,have beautiful pigment themselves.
