My dot easy website domain says :

This website is currently unavailable due to exceeded traffic quota. Please visit again later.

I went to my file manager, and I cannot view my traffic allowance, a screen pops up, and wants me to pay extra to get more space.

I paid extra to get 2 gb of traffic, and I have less than 100 visits a day.

I contact doteasy, and will wait their reply.

I don't know how to do it, but if you are seeing a sudden unexplained spike in traffic you might want to review your photos or files that you have available on your site. I used to work for an ISP dealing with customer service issues, and I had a customer with a HUGE spike in traffic because someone was linking to their photos on their server instead using their own photos. Just a thought.
