Does anyone know where the 2013 National is likely to be held?

I think it will be in the western region, but where? CA, OR, WA, CO, or ???

How far in advance are decisions like that made? Since I don't know when it is decided, maybe I am asking about location to soon. I know it's almost two years away, but it is the first time I might be able to go.
