Just went through this. Per my vet...Panacur is safe to use. I wormed her the last week of her pregnancy.

I just went through this too and it is one week before though I've been told two weeks.
I did a fecal through the Lab two weeks before she was due and Mom was negative for anything. I also don't worm puppies until they test positive for worms. The puppies seem healthier to me.

I do the monthly Ivermectin on her usual schedule and then the day after she delivers I dose with Panacur granules for 3 days.
Since I've gone back to worming after delivery I'm not noticing any worms when I deworm the puppies, whereas before I might see one or two in the litter.

I use Panacur granules for three days in a row after day 50 of gestation. I have done this for my past two litters and have not had a problem. I do the puppies at 3, 5 and 7 weeks.
