bite question

Six-week-old puppy with even bite. What are the chances of it correcting in your experience?

Re: bite question

Only time will tell. I had one with an underbite at 6 weeks. It eventually corrected to a scissor bite. I think it was scissored by 4 months. He finished his Ch and still is with me at 8 years of age. If you like the pup, give him time. You can always place him later if things don't work out.

Why worry at 6weeks? You will have plenty of time to let him grow.

I don't even seriously look at bites at this age because they change so much. Unless there is a MAJOR issue, I never worry about them this early.
