Finally moving to our new home at the end of August. Very excited, not only is the house beautiful, but there are 6 acres for the guys to play on. I am intending to convert a one car garage into a kennel 12 x 22 - with plans to add a 24 x 24 additional building next spring. I am open to any suggestions, ie.. flooring (cement now) heat/air conditioners, sound insulation, outside footing - pea stone, cement, ?? Especially interested in ideas that you wish you done when you started a your new building. Thanks...

Sounds like fun. How about a gutter in the back and a high pressure washer system. Automatic water bowls is what we have. Air conditioning is a must.
