you wont know the day but if you run a progesterone test you will know where she is as far as breeding is concerned.

My bitch tends to vary in color depending on what part of her cycle she's on. Brighter red the first week. More of a light red/yellow discharge the second week. The last week is more brown/dark as the blood is drying up.

Good observation... her blood looks like red/red... make sense... I'll have to take another look
