Wow, makes a lot of sense, think of how many the RWD and RWB are winning over.

If the National is held in New England again - then the entry for bitches would have to be 202 ? I don't know if that would be possible - in 2011 the regular entry for bitches was 169 plus 27 non-regular and it doesn't sound like you could count the non-regular.

If there is a 5 point Major - then why would there need to be twice as many entered for a 3 pointer?

Would be nice if the rule was for any specialty, not just Nationals. Unlike labs, probably most other breeds their Nationals is the biggest specialty.

National will be in Washington State next yr as of right now 5 pt major for Dogs = 41 for Bitches = 64. Obviously might change for next yr but if 82 dogs and/or 128 bitches are entered RWD/RWB 3 pt major could be applied!!
