my girl has a temp of 104.5
she has 4 puppies age 1 week
all was well until about 1:30 a.m.
she threw up her food; i gave her water & antibodic, and she thru that up too
my vet does not open until 8:00 a.m.

she is on eukanuba small breed puppy food for nursing, and i give her 1 pedigree dog food yesterday morning.

i have been breeding for 15 years, and i have never seen this.

i have never had a girl with these problems eclampsia, or mastitis, etc

can i give her a baby asprin

Mastitis. I'd get her into a vet asap as they can get sepsis really fast. Good luck.

Are her teats hot/swollen? Put hot compresses on them if so.

Hope you are at the vet. It is some sort of infection - if not mastitis it could be an infection in the uterus or abdomen... A veterinary emergency for sure.

I agree most likely mastitis. Vet call definitely. Hope she's feeling better as I write this.

I can't believe with that fever you're asking a posting list. Get your bitch to the Emergency vet! You should have gone to an ER vet immediately when you saw that high temperature. Sorry for my bluntness but this 'could' be life or death for this girl!
