You can send in dew claws- so day 3. I don't test for anything until I can positively ID each puppy. I do not trust puppy collars or weight schematics. If I'm going to spend the money to test the puppies, I want to be sure no one gets mixed up. So I wait till I microchip them and have done that at 4 weeks of age.
