dosing with ivermectin, or using one of the commercial treatments?
just wondering what people are using these days….. i've been using ivermectin, but i'm down to 4 dogs and thinking that i might be more regular with my treatments if i buy a preventative…...
My vet is recommending SENTINEL. I want to cover heart worms, but also tend to use Safeguard 1x a year, and advantage or frontline for fleas…..want the least toxic product…..any suggestions or feedback?
What's preferred is that preventative is given every 30 days, not every 45 days. The recommendation of 45 days for treatment was gravely wrong and those who were recommending this are now retracting that information. Unfortunately not everyone is paying attention.
