Where do you find a list of provisional AKC judges?

Go to the searchable judges directory on the AKC website:

http://www.apps.akc.org/apps/judges_directory/index.cfm?action=conf

Once there, click on the radio button for "Permit", select the breeds you are interested in and that should do it for you.
