If you have a popular stud dog do you have interest in the health of pups you produced and feedback from regular old puppy buyers?

I am just curious and always get feedback from the "Bitch's breeder on health questions that may be genetically linked.

What responsibility or ethics are involved. Expectations. That puppy buyers can be kept informed of health issues any popular Sire may pass on to their progeny.

Most of us buyers never get to see the "Dad" as he is not on site because AI was used.

If you are a Stud dog owner would you inform all the breeders that used your Sire if your dog died of a health issue ?

Such a good point. And it made me think... I always wondered , if the ones with stud dogs that CERF them annually, if he does not pass one year, do they go back and call all people who used him for stud??? Or worse yet, tell them to scare all the puppy owners out of him????? haha….so curious…
