Re: Crates/ Lab Barriers

I have two crates that were made for SUVs. They are a little narrower than a standard crate, 20 1/2 inches wide, by 36 inches long, by 26 inches high. They sit side by side, comfortably. I\'ve had them for ten years and just replaced one of the pans. They are stronger then the regular crate. And, my Labs never had a problem with them being too small. I don\'t remember where I got them, but, if you google SUV dog crates I\'m sure you\'ll find them, that\'s where I got the replacement pan. I have a Ford Explorer, which is narrower than the Expedition.

MidWest makes them and they are great. You can get the 36" or 42". I had 42" but switched for 36" since they were a little shorter and gave me better rear view.
