Broken contract

I made the mistake of selling an older male, 18 months old, to a hunt person on a co-own. They have broken the contract
(A) Attempting to use him for breeding before the age of two.
(B) She & I were supposed to agree on the said bitch he was going to be bred to. Neither time did the pregnancy take
They also have done nothing but complain of how much it has cost them so far in his upkeep and that "he needs to earn his keep by having puppies"

I want out of the agreement. I have offered to buy her out, no go, and she refuses to pay me the remainder of what is owed on this boy.

You try to help someone out and this is the thanks I get.

Any suggestions?

Re: Broken contract

It depends on who the primary owner is. If they are, they can do or sign anything if they are dishonest.
Your only recourse is court or one of the RipOff reports to warn others and hopefully get your dog or money back. There are a lot of crooks in the dog business.

I have heard from show breeders, but don't know if it's true that they can take an AKC limited registration and register it UKC and then back to AKC for full.
